The Night From Hell…
I’m relaxing after getting my hair cut, cuddling with my boyfriend.
I get asked a favor by my mother. Mulch the leaves in the front yard with the lawn mower. No Problem. It was about an hour before I had to go off to work again- so I had my keys and phone and everything else I needed on me.
I finished.. went to feel for my keys so I could open the door to my car.. They’re not there. Search EVERYWHERE in room. Oh fuck- dropped them outside while starting the lawn mower.
Seconds after my dad told my mom to stop her continuation of mowing..with her of course saying “SO BE IT” and boldly continued on-that cringing sound of metal against metal.. “I FOUND THEM…”
…….The VW key..looked like an utter technological mess..My house key still worked after Kim Bao Lee, my boy, hammered it flat again. But the key I needed to get into the vet clinic for my afternoon shift.. was completely shredded, torn in two, unrepairable. I’m in tears until one of my coworkers came to the rescue. I had texted all of them; the ones I got responses out of were hours away. Then I got that call.
I owe her dearly for letting me borrow her key. After work I’m locking up.. and I look to my battered VW car key.. Take the battery and tape it back in. Try one of the buttons. I hear the sounding beep as my car locks. IT STILL WORKS.
Go to walmart.. Get copies of keys along with a firefighter/paramedic keychain from autozone.

Lusting…
I have found myself lusting after the new beetle..
I’ve only been an owner of a VW since April of this year.. Of a Jetta. His name is Cocoa. He’s covered in Umbrella corp. decals and he’s a beautiful chocolate color. Sometimes I want to lick him- but I don’t think he’d like that too much. I feel as though I’ve abused him though. There was a moment I thought I could ninja my way out of the drive way when I was pinned- but a tree side swiped me. Yes- The tree did it. Not me. He has a dent in his lower passenger side.. about two inches wide and a half inch deep. 1.2k to fix it. Yeah- I’ll wait.
But this beetle.. It’s new design has my jollies tingling. That’s the car for me..I wonder what I would name my new baby.. I suppose I would just have to see what colors they have in stock, hm? I think I’ll do this.. After my Adam Lambert hair cut tomorrow. -Nod.-
